World Cup Predictions

If you look at my World Cup Predictions, you will note that I picked Italy, Germany, France and Holland to be in the final four. I missed Holland for Portugal. It isn't magic, just an awareness of the tendency of the South Americans to fold when playing in Europe.

I thought Germany would win, given home field advantage. Based on the Germany/Italy semi-final, I think Germany the second best squad. Obviously Italy was the best. Still, hats off to the French for a valiant effort.
